About
There are so many ways to achieve one goal; just as many paths are available to your spiritual journey. Through experience and practice, aligning with our true life’s purpose is the ultimate destiny. By stripping away old programming, we have access to infinite space for an expansive, creative and satisfying existence.
Our BREATH is the key to regulating the machine that is our mind.
Flooding the system with prana (life-force, scientist call it oxygen) allows an alignment and balance between ego, body, soul, and our own humanity; each of these pieces is vitally important to returning to YOUR TRUTH.
As a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, I strive to co create a space that feels authentic to your journey. A state of continuous evolution allows for me to be always learning how to better serve those who are looking for gateways to transformation.
My greatest joys are watching humans expand and discover the undeniable possibilities available to those who dedicate themselves to the work.
THE WORK is the effort; it is the journey.
THE WORK is the beauty and privilege of being human. I am here simply to lift others up and shine light on to a path that has brought me much peace and healing. I believe whole heartedly that there are countless ways to discover a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
