About
I believe yoga is for everybody and every body can do yoga =)
As an instructor, I strive to teach from a place of compassion and connection--guiding students through a safe, effective, individualized practice to restore and rejuvinate body, mind and spirit.
Through asana (poses), breathing exercises and guided relaxation designed to promote strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce stress and promote overall feelings of well being.
I LOVE IT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Really, I love it. All of it. The students, the smiles, the practice, the study...there isn't anything about yoga or my yogis that I just don't love.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out what their goals are for their practice, so I may better guide them on their journey. I like to know if they have any experience or history with yoga. None is needed though! Also, what kind of physical activities they enjoy. And most importantly any health issues, injuries or concerns them may have that I should be aware of in order to provide a safe, effective practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) through Yoga Alliance. I graduated from Ally Ford's 200 hour Teacher Training Program at Pure Yoga and Fitness in January of 2018 in Clearwater, FL.
I have practiced yoga on and off since High School, but began a daily practice and really committed myself to the yogic path in 2015.
I teach twice a week at the Crystal Beach Hall in Crystal Beach, FL and offer private classes and instruction as well.
