What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first step in working with a new client would be to evaluate their skill level and fitness level by putting them through multiple fitness tests. Next, I create a custom-made routine that best fits the client’s needs. I use custom made resistance and overspeed equipment along with speed agility and more. Every 2 months I test my clients with the same fitness tests to see the progress they have made.  I continue to progress the routine so you can reach your goals.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working as a football coach and sports performance trainer for over 5 years


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

one  hour session $80

monthly package $840-which includes 12 one hour sessions ($70hr)

3 month package $2,340 which includes 36 one hour sessions ($65hr)

6 month package 4,320 which includes 72 one hour session ($60hr)
