About
My teaching approach:
Learning to play guitar is one of life's greatest experiences. Teaching students to play and building on their musical knowledge is a great motivator for me. It's also important to establish a rapport and let students pace themselves while setting realistic learning goals. I've been teaching guitar and bass throughout South Florida for over 20+ years and have played professionally as a studio musician, band member and performer.
My influences are:
I have a broad range of influences from classic rock to jazz to folk artists--such as The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Michael Hedges and many more.
Guitar lessons typically take place on these days and hours:
I have flexible hours and teach weekdays, evenings and weekend days.

A guitar lesson with me might entail the following:
Guitar lessons should be fun, engaging and focused. No two students are alike and everyone brings their own set of skills to the lessons. I try to find out what the student's needs are and work from there.
The qualities I look for in an ideal guitar student might include the following:
An ideal student should love music and enjoy learning.
