Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Conversation. It's important to know as much personal info about a student as he/she is willing to share, in order to best serve his/her needs and practice. This is a very safe and confidential space. After an initial conversation, we dive right into the practice at an appropriate level, then debrief afterwards.

Formal member and senior student with Sanbo Zen International, mindfulness meditation teacher. Member of Florida Community of Mindfulness.
25-year yogi, 10 years teaching experience. Registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level; currently in the 300-hour training (for a total of 500 hour teacher certification by December 2020).
