I am the President of Plasma Saber Instruction and an Instructor of Kiazen Tekio Jujutsu. I have been involved with Japanese martial arts for over 35 years. I am an Aikido, Jujutsu, and Kenjutsu instructor.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to talk with prospective students and make sure I have the skills they need. I then find what level of instruction they require and create a personalized program for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6th-degree black belt in aikido
2nd-degree black belt in kenjutsu
Black Belt Sanucus Ryu jujitsu(awarded by Doctor Moses Powell)

$35 per 1/2 hour (Private class or two-person class)
$50 per hour (Private class or two-person class)
How did you get started teaching?
Started teaching in the '90s at the dojo I attended. I have been teaching ever since.

Recently I have been teaching Lightsaber classes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you and your instructor are a good fit. If you are uncomfortable find another teacher.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself what you are really looking for.
Ask yourself what physical problems need to be discussed.
