My name is Karina

I am a certified yoga instructor, fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have been teaching for 6 years now in studios, private groups and to private clients.

I am passionate about movement and my goal on every session with every client is to make them feel capable, empowered and encouraged to be the best version of themselves!

I work with clients to develop plans that are specific for their wants, needs and challenges. Mobility, flexibility, conditioning, strength, mindfulness, balance, coordination or a combination of a few of these might be something you're missing!
