When I was a kid piano lessons was more in theory and classical now in 2021 a lot of things have changed the way you learn. now people rather learn how to play an instrument learning to write and compose and I recommend to them all the time to get a small laptop mac prefer with headphones music software and a keyboard controller and they can be able to see instant results right there when they're learning their first set of chords quite exciting especially if you find someone that can sing and wants to learn how to compose and arrange their own music is very very exciting
This work of music and producing and composing is my life without it I probably wouldn't know what my life would be like I've been producing music for over 25 years I've been nominated for five awards I've had the pleasure to work with celebrity artists it is a great joy of creation that can give you a piece of stability a piece of mind.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with the student I like to take them on a field trip to my studio and show them the results of what you can learn whether it be piano guitar voice Bass and let them be able to see the results of how exciting this adventure in their life could be. Arrangement composing songwriting is all in the package of learning how to play piano I would ask them what the purpose is of learning how to play an instrument or singing the do they have any type of goal in mind for the next 3 to 5 years if they were trained to play an instrument or train vocally I would like to get a sample of what they already know or if they're starting from scratch that would even be better if they have some type of beginner skills I would applaud them that they can become greater
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother was my teacher and from that point on I learned by ear notes and theory my first experience is playing at a church that's a do or die situation you either make it or you fall apart thank God I was able to stand in for the Long haul
