Adina mainly teaches Scratch Programming - programming language created at the MIT Media Lab, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, that helps children learn important strategies for solving problems, think creatively, and reason systematically, design projects, create interactive art, stories, simulations, and games, communicate ideas, work collaboratively, and share those creations with the online community (https://scratch.mit.edu/about).

I have dedicated my life to self-realisation and helping and guiding people towards the discovery of the Truth, Oneness, and the journey into the Spiritual Heart. While most of my classes are open to the public, I also offer customized programs for organized communities, schools and institutions, as well as special needs groups – such as the elderly, the ASD children (Autism Spectrum Disorders), and at-risk populations in need of recovery and rehabilitation.
I am particularly interested in the impact of activating and contemplative practices on balancing the human nervous system, establishing the heart-mind coherence, the mind-and-body integrated approach to health and development, and the impact on the ageing process.
I am an active researcher in Biomedical Informatics, with extensive experience in both research and translational activities. I am also experienced as an university lecturer and bilingual journalist, which supports my publishing, lecturing activities and workshops presentations.
