About
I want to share the practice of yoga to as many people as I can. With that being said, I make my classes as inclusive as possible. I make sure that what I teach on my classes, is not just a practice to be done on the yoga mat but also to be taken out to the world outside of the mat.
I love seeing the progression of people during my classes. I love hearing how the practice of yoga transforms people and their life.

How did you get started teaching?
After 8+ years being in the world of yoga and spirituality, I decided to broaden my knowledge by taking a Teacher Yoga Training with the mindset that even with a teacher certification I will never stop being a student of yoga, just as you never stop being a student of life.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with mostly teens and adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
At the end of the day we are our own teachers. We just need guidance from those with the experience to help us grasp and open up the shell within us holding us back from our potential! Find that teacher that is willing to guide you into your own path.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
•location.
•level of experience from both teacher and yourself (student).
•props.
