My teaching approach: I am a certified teacher with a Masters Degree. I have performed professionally in rock, jazz, country, and worship bands as well as Big Bands, and Orchestra. I am a worship leader at a medium size church and a college music professor. My influences are: Classic Rock, Christian Contemporary Praise and Worship, Modern Country, and all types of Jazz. My guitar lessons take place in: The teacher's studio or the student's home Guitar Techniques: Rhythm guitar, Vocal Accompaniment, Performance, Reading Music, Music Theory, Scales and Exercises, Song Writing, Guidance In Equipment Selection.

Systematically Use age appropriate materials to teach students how to read music and chords.

Most students prefer 1/2 hour per week. Other arrangements can be made.

I begin teaching privately while in college. I’ve taught on every level from elementary to adult.
