I first attended one of Brookes yoga classes when I was in my mid-50s, knowing just a little about yoga but needing help with flexibility, balance, and back pain. She was very patient with an old man who couldnt bend very well, and taught me a number of things to improve my ability to do my job, learn to calm my mind, and be able to enjoy being more active.
