Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assesment
How did you get started teaching?
I've always been an athlete and have a passion for how the mind moves the body, and the body moves the mind. I teach because it's my gift and I love to share and meet people. I'm curious about things that only I can learn more about by teaching. I believe we are having a spiritual experience in a human body and to force strength makes us weaker. I love Pilates for its strength and coordination. I love yoga for its therapy and deep release of tension. I love the Melt Method to increase fluidity within the connective tissue. I love using imagery to make neural connections and access to our potential even more great and exciting.
I love what I do. It's an art form for me. I'm not a fitness trainer. I help to delvelop my client's core strength, balance, mobility and joy.
We have these bodies for 100 years! Let's maximize their fullest potential; whatever that may mean.
