What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An assessment will be taken during our first meeting to create your program. We will go through a detailed warm up/stretch. Following will be the workout targeting the focus of the day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer through National Counsil of Strength and Fitness.

How did you get started teaching?
After playing from middle school to the collegiate level at Texas Southern University (Division 1), I received the opportunity to further my education and coach at the Division 2 level at Lynn Univerisity. There my responsiblities were player development, film exchange, game day set up, and off season strength & conditioning.

Ages 5 to professionals (Overseas, D-League, & NFL)
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are well educated, professional, and care about meeting your goals.
