About
My services focus on full athletic development. In all our trainings we are both the coach and consultant for the athlete or client and they receive attention, support and guidance throughout the program.
What we enjoy most is observing and promoting development of individual skill and character through fitness, athletics and coaching.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process begins with getting aquainted. If the athlete and coach cannot get along then the process cannot succced. A physical assessment is always performed before the creation of a program that focuses on the strengths and weaknesses the athlete may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years experience as a Soccer coach for the Miami Dade Parks and Recreation as well as the YMCA.
I have been playing soccer myself for 6 years and I love the sport.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education Sports and Fitness, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength Coach, DBC Fitness Level 1 Biomechanics, and studying to get my certification as an Exercise Physiologist.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Once per week with assessments included are $100 per session.
Twice per week with assessments included are $75 per session.
Three per week with assessments included are $55 per session.
The session covers trainings, additional education for athlete, equipment and space rent.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with the young and old. My favorite are athletes that want to improve and have the desire to reach higher, and this does not get determined by age just by their will and character. For serious athletes that want to put in the work I am 100% committed.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When hiring a trainer or a coach the education and experience matters but their character and work ethic will reveal their true intentions. Focus your energy of the trainers and coaches that love what they do and continue improving their craft.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Always ask, why is the teacher asking me to do this? There should be a valid and logical reason behind every decision in a program.
