I've been working in industry 18 yrs cooking and pastry making is my specialty, I worked at 3030 Ocean resturant in Marriott harbor beach resort in ft Lauderdale, I've worked with great chefs,helped train pastry girls for dessert station at our restaurant, and also create new dessert. I have one year culinary school diploma from Arts institute of fort Lauderdale, and B.S. in home economic from Pakistan. Since I'm from east Asian region so we cook with spices ,that's my specialty too, my emphasis is always on developing good basic cooking foundation, knowledge of ingriedients healthy, seasonal and to develop a good palate ,crucial for becoming a great cook or culinarian.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'll try to meet them so they can get to know me and see if I can provide them skills they are interested in and where class will be held,I also would like to know the new student ,their expectations and needs and make a lesson plan accordingly ,class will be hands on, recipes and equipment and materials will be provided, students will be expected to be clean and courteous
