Build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice to the next level. Class ends with 10 minute guided meditation for complete relaxation of body, mind and spirit.

I enjoy helping people to discover the amazing gifts Yoga has to offer. I love the health benefits, mental. physical and spiritual! I enjoy the peace I convey to my students.

I have been experiencing yoga with Maryann for many years. She is one of the best yoga teachers I have had. She is calm, encouraging and kind while she is in her teacher mode 😊. Never criticizing and always explaining each pose and how it helps our bodies. Her compassion for wellness for everyone is real and from her heart ❤️. I have tried Yoga before to no avail...the instructors were always too fast and by the time I got into one position they were on the the next...very frustrating. THEN I happened on to Maryann and WOW, what a difference! She not only went slowly (which I think that is how it should be) but she watched and made sure everyone was doing the pose correctly and gently and kindly took the time to correct the pose when needed. She was the only instructor I could follow and feel a sense of accomplishment after the class. She is an amazing woman and teacher. She is so patient and gentle.
