Kickboxing is an ALL BODY workout, you will see yourself burning up to 800-1000 calories in just one session (1 hour). With my martial arts background (Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) I have the knowledge & technique to help anyone achieve their goal correctly. I can also train children & teens, not just adults.

The one thing I love about coming in for my workouts with Janai is the energy she had and the environment we were in. Sometimes we would have sessions at my apartment gym and other times we would go outside when it was perfect weather. My goal is to improve with speed and strength and right off the bat, Janai had a personalized program made for me, ready to go.
