About this pro

Looking to empower & help those who are looking to acheive their fitness goals through cardio & strength drills. Kickboxing is an ALL BODY workout, you will see yourself burning up to 800-1000 calories in just one session (1 hour). With my martial arts background (Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) I have the knowledge & technique to help anyone achieve their goal correctly. I can also train children & teens, not just adults. Programs of course will be a different as far as where your athletic ability is & how you learn.
