Experience and professionalism all from years of application and service. I simply give my clients and students everything I would want in a trainer and coach. I have been a student of the game for 12 years and still learning. A competing amateur who obtained a state light weight title.

My focus now is taking you to the next level no matter your end goal. I want you to feel confident, power and think like a legitimate Boxer

I never feel like I’m working. I can teach martial arts all day. There’s always something new to learn and a skill to perfect.

I love that each class is different and each week it’s harder. You can’t get bored.

Christian does a great job of keeping the workouts new, fun, and difficult without pushing you too hard... my mobility with knee injury has seen amazing results through his training!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I first look at where we are starting mentally and physically. To put the best program together there needs to be an assessment as well as questions as to what they are/aren’t capable of and wanting to ultimately learn.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12 years in the sport. 5 as a competitor. I live the lifestyle. Over 20years of application

How did you get started teaching?

It was revealed to me that I had always been a teacher. In the way that I live and whatever I have been passionate about it’s just been easy to share and relate to others.

I first started training family members then moved onto friends. Friends turned into remcommendations and now here I am!

What types of students have you worked with?

Old - young. In shape - never played any sports. Boys - girls. Men - women. Amateur boxers - seasoned vets.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Coaching my 11yr old fighter in his first ever match. He was well trained and kept cool calm and collected. We lost a tough decision but he never quit and showed his own against a more experienced fighter.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you can connect with that person. Don’t do it for price or convenience. Make sure they can engage you at any time and this will push the best out of you.
