I specialize is Aerial/Flying Yoga which is Amazing! It does not hurt your joint like traditional yoga. The silks take the weight off and we can do From very simple to very experienced stretching and moves. It works on every little muscle due to balance. It is a blast!
I also specialize in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage which is using my feet instead of hands for a melting, broader, deeper pressure. It also incorporates stretching with Ashi Thai.
I have been #1 on TripAdvisor for two years!
This is my second career so it is purely passion. I was a Speech Pathologist for 23 years so it was an easy switch being in the healthcare field for so long.
