My father was a professional boxer, he's started boxing in the air force and became professional while in service.
I started boxing when I was in my teenage years, I boxing for about 3 years. I Boxing For about another year in eary 2000, It was such a great experience that I continued to teach it throughout my years of weight training.
Still to this day I still continue to teach it.
I have my own weight training gym along with speed bag, heavy bag hitting pads and boxing bob etc...

teaching the basics than advans them as they learn, depending on the level of where they are.

about 20 years of training along with weight training. hands on bag training and hitting pads

30,00 1 time a week, 25.00 twice a week 20.00 anything over 3 days a week.all training is 1 hour long

come and learn from the bottom and work your way up,be proud of what you learned
