We offer reality based self-defense and self protection training for Men, Women, and Children. We also work with schools, churches, law enforcemnt and military.
One of my biggest enjoyments is seeing others overcoming hurdles in life and in their training. It can be intimidating for someone to call, or let alone step on the mat and get started. But once they do, and THEY feel the progress and improvements, that is what brings me joy. My other enjoyment is watching the young ones grow up in the system and then become leaders in the school and their community.

The training is hard, it is real life and prepares you for the worst day of your life and how to
survive it. The instructors and patient and kind, yet they will push you to your limits. Krav
meets you where you are, you do not need to be an athletic super star to train here. Come
