At Bang Bang Striking we have a strong focus on striking techniques designed for success across multiple disciplines such as MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing.
Our coaches Anders and Ben strive on catering your sessions to your specific needs whether you are trying to fight competitvely, or simply trying to learn basic self defense tactics.
Coach Anders has an extensive background in Boxing, Muay Thai and Dutch Kickboxing in which he has over 15 years of experience.
Coach Ben is currently undefeated in Amateur MMA and Muay Thai as he is pursuing his goal of reaching the UFC in the near future.
We offer private and group sessions AND in some instances are willing to travel to you!
We enojoy making people confident in their daily lives along with helping amateur and professional athletes get better on the journey towards their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Due to Anders being a graduate student in Instructional Design, his studies being focused on how a client learns, we start with a detailed assessment of goal setting.
Following this we just go into a light workout to see how the participant handles certain techniques.
Based on this, we can structure a step-by-step plan on how to we will progress each individual student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ben: Current Amateur Record (2-0), Certified level 4 National personal training institute certification.
Anders: Muay Thai/Kickboxing Record (11-3) Speedblast bootcamp certified, Level 4 National personal trainer institute, TRX certified,
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing system differentiates on whether it's a private lesson or group session. Depending on the package choosen we can give you a quote. The packages are as following:
1, 5, 10, 15, 20 Sessions
How did you get started teaching?
Anders: Got started at 27 after retirement, and due to this, he also started a masters degree in instructional design to properly understand how people learn in order to be the best coach for his audience.
Ben: Once I started fighting and people saw the success I was having, they wanted me to teach them some stuff and my coaching career just kind of grew from there.

Study what you want to learn.
