About

I've been training boxing for 6 yrs and believe you get the most out of your workouts when you are enjoying yourself. There is no better sight than a clients shiny forehead and a big smile on there face. I provide that workout and playfulness in my training. My clients aren't alone with me I'm more hands on and usually work out with them. Let's build together.

I work mostly with kids, I have two boys myself and the oldest is 4. Seeing him light up with a big smile on his face is what made me decide to do this for others. I enjoy bringing out the best of everyone.

    Frequently asked questions

Opening up, I need to get to know my clients first. What they do, the type of work they do. How much time do they have. What they're looking for. I then gather the information and workout a plan for them. I proceed with basic training and then introduce the program they need to accomplish their goal.

I have 6 years of boxing training. I do the necessary research for my client because everyone is different.

$20 for kids teenagers $15 for more than 3 classes

$30 for adults $20 for more than 3 classes

all classes run for an hour.

I started when training myself at the gym. I've always been a very helpful person, and I love sharing my passion for boxing with others. Not everyone can make it to the gym and can pay for personal trainers who ask for $400+ For the month and still don't give you that 1 on 1 with them. Usually they have cheaper options but many people fall out because the trainers usually only want to train other fighters and don't really take the time to for students not interested in fighting. I was one of those people, I want my clients to have that personal time to really learn and gain something meaningful from their training. And not feel like they have to pay monthly for something with no one interested in their time.?

Mostly kids, recently I've been working with young adults. I'm looking to expand that to anyone who is interested.

Get a teacher or coach who is as invested in teaching you, as much as they would be for their own children, or their professional fighters.

don't look for an easy coach look for one who is actually pushing you to be the best you. If you do this, then you'll know the trainer is investing their time with you.

Keep first time questions basic. Make a list no more than 10 things you wish you could do. Be faster, stronger, lose weight, conditioning, etc... and make them realistic. If you want to become a fighter with no experience in a year. Understand that the amount of time and experience would have to be doubled. It technically isn't impossible but you could get yourself hurt over training.
