Mandhi was an excellent teacher. She was encouraging and helpful. Loved her little studio and the music and oils are a nice touch. As a newbie, she made sure I felt comfortable and loved the mindfulness meditation at the end: very relaxing. I always felt great after a session. Highly recommend.

I love to speak to my students over the phone to get to know them first. I ask questions about their experience with yoga, overall goals, past history of injuries and surgeries. I have a comprehensive yoga health questionnaire I e-mail or can provide a hard copy if requested to provide more specific information. Our first session is an introductory lesson to yoga. We start with Sukshma Vyayama (a slow and gentle physical practice for each joint in coordinance with the breath.) I often suggest beginners to sign up for my 6-week starter package that includes six weeks of yoga at your time. We bring the yoga to YOU! Each class is personalized and catered to each student(s) abilities and grows with practice. Some students have weekly yoga classes at their preferred location. Others when needed. Let's yoga chat!
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for 16 years now. I originally started with a professional licensed teacher and followed her mentorship teaching yoga at Shapes Total Fitness for Women in Brandon. I have also taught yoga at various elementary schools where I worked at (I am also a school teacher but currently on leave to obtain my Masters in Education.) I currently teach private one-on-one sessions for all levels and abilities, as well as small and large groups and special events!
Private yoga sessions for one individual are $90 an hour with an additional $0-$10 for traveling expenses.
Meditation sessions are $70 an hour (plus additional if traveling.)
Corporate yoga/meditations sessions are from $60-$100 offering sessions from 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and hourly sessions.
I offer discounted rates for prepaying multiple classes (for the month or a set number of classes.) I also provide discounts for multiple students attending the class.

I started practicing yoga when I was 18 years old and have been practicing and teaching for 16 years now. I always loved gymnastics and cheerleading as a child mainly because of the stretching involved. I remembered always feeling relaxed after a good stretch. Yoga introduced a whole new world where breathe work, focus, and attention was brought into the picture. I immediately noticed how calm I felt after doing yoga and never wanted to stop. I continued my practice throughout my first pregnancy and noticed the benefits especially during labor. It was an easy delivery! I can honestly say yoga has changed my life and for the better!
I have worked with all types of clients from children, to the wise, to everything in between. I have taught women as well as men, formal whole group class settings, small group lessons, at elementary schools, as well as one-on-one private sessions. I can teach introduction to yoga sessions, Vinyasa (Power), Hatha (Basic yoga), Yin (Hot Yoga), Kundalini (Yoga Flow), Prenatal, Restorative, and flexibility training.
I also can provide yoga for special events: At construction sites, office meetings, retirement homes, and at special places such as parks, beaches, or in the comfort of your home...anywhere you have space and participants willing to get their stretch on! Let's get creative!
I most recently helped a male client gain flexibility in his back after only one session! He currently works in construction and after our session he stated he hadn't had that type of flexibility in his back since he was a child! I love helping people feel better reaching their most optimum health levels through yoga!
