I have been in arts & entertainment for many years. I have had wonderful experiences through music. I have the desire to share the message of music to others. My first teacher taught members of the Sha Na Na how to play guitar. I have great stories and hope to share new sounds and playing techniques for my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My Process includes Reviewing of the students instrument.
Tips on How to care for the instrument includes changing strings and cleaning, etc.
Playing with books and printed materials. understanding different tabs, learning how to read music, playing by ear and more.
All styles are ok. Country or Rock or Pop.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of practical experience and being a recreational sports instructor help me to be a better coach.

How did you get started teaching?
Seeing some extra instruments in the jam room, and copies of some lessons, a few music books, chairs and music stands, I realized I should make use of the knowledge and equipment at my disposal.

Get moving and get playing.

People have many questions after they start lessons.
It's okay to have questions, a good instructor will offer advice about many facets of guitars and BASS.
