Dante has the personal touch that makes you feel like he really cares about your well being, Ive been with other personal trainers and they tend to be overpriced while just getting straight to the point. He gave me weekly at home work outs when we couldnt meet up in person for a great value that really got me sweating. Hes a cool dude who doesnt have that intimidation factor that other trainers gave me. Would definitely recommend.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played sports and have been physically active since the age of 5. I have played Basketball, Football, Tennis and I also know how to swim. I currently have taken up Boxing.
I exercise 6-7 days a week and have learned to gain muscle without going to a gym.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rates range from $40 to $99 depending on location and number of sessions requested.
How did you get started teaching?
The pandemic caused gyms to close and I had to figure out how to workout at home. I became more creative with my workouts and kept myself in shape.
Others who were not able to get to a gym reached out to me for personal training and I realized my potential to be a trainer.
What types of students have you worked with?
Fitness has no requirements and I love working with clients of all backgrounds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently completing military boot camp was a memorable accomplishment because the discipline I learned during my time helped me become more focused in staying in physical and mental shape.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Pay close attention to their responses and how thorough and concise they respond. Review their page and look for things such as consistency in posting, creativity and correct performance of the activities.
