I am a virtual-lesson only business. I studied piano and guitar while receiving my degree in music therapy from Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania in 2016. Since then I have been teaching piano, guitar, accordion, drums, and ukulele for 8 years while also practicing as a board certified music therapist. In 2024 I began teaching as an adjunct faculty member of the Mercyhurst University music therapy department in Erie, Pennsylvania.
I have plenty of experience with virtual lessons (Zoom), and use technology to make online lessons fun, captivating, and productive. I take a systemic yet customizable approach to every student. I will make sure you have fun while ensuring you are learning fundamentals and technique.
I love seeing students progress and flourish as their own unique musician achieving what they want.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get a feel for their musical preferences and what they are interested in learning (reading sheet music, chords, performing).
I generally like to work on finger exercises, learning to read music, and then a fun project.
