For me is a joyful job to teach other where l found so much joy, creativity and a new passion in the confectionary art. Teach others all that I had learn in my kitchen, how l learned to love baking a decorated cakes, cookies and many other sweets that finally are shaping in a beautiful piece of art!
It is so exited see people surprise of how much they learn and start loving to do this after their fears of donโt know anything about that or be afraid to use the oven. Is very satisfied to see the faces of joy learning and received beautiful news about of how much there are improve it and many others how they had been started a new busines selling their sweets art to family and friends.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We found first on what is interested in learn, l give the cost of the course and explain what will contain. If the person is interested we set a days and time for the classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an 4 years honor of a Confectionary School located in Chicago, with 10 years of experience in Confectionary art. l sale my products and l teach people around United States and Mexico

The prices are base on the course that the students is taking. We offer multiple courses.
How did you get started teaching?
My costumers started to ask me if l can teach them how to do what l was selling, l meditate in that and a year later l was teaching and 2 year later l open my school.
Before l was a teacher in elementary school and highschool, so for me allway has been easy to teach and speak in front of people.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with adults, teens and kids.
We have different courses for each of them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This moth we are working with 3 different groups working in cute decoration of the Christmas season.
We are having a classes of delicious and traditional sweet bread from México.
