Clair catered my daughter’s graduation party. The food was made was mouthwatering and the portions were extremely generous. Clair was extremely friendly and courteous to me and all of my guests. Having an onsite chef to cater this event made it feel like everyone was eating a gourmet meal out of my kitchen. Another benefit was I able to mingle and visit with my guests while Clair was behind the scenes making everything fabulous. She had great suggestions regarding the menu and budget I had to work with, and she helped me through the decision making process. I would ask her to cater any future events. She is also a blast to work with!

Clair is always so wonderful to work with in the kitchen! Each time I cook with Chef Clair she teaches me new and innovative ways to prepare ingredients. Ive done two events with Clair, and both were outstanding. Clair conducted a series of 3 cooking demos for groups of 10+ people, and it was executed perfectly. From the innovative and seasonal menu creation, to the presentation and interactions with guests...flawless! We also had a dinner party with Clair, and from start to finish, she executed all aspects of the dinner party immaculately. When it comes to anything in the kitchen, Clair will alway be my go-to. She is open to ideas as well, which makes it more interesting.

I have trained over 20+ chefs during my career. Have been teaching home cooks for 10+ years. Opened 2 successful restaurants and owned a catering company. Food is life!
