
Born in India, grew up in Chicago. Worked my way up to sous chef at the The Pump Room by Jean Georges. I spent the past year at Bouchon Bistro by Thomas Keller in Yountville, CA. My wife and I are welcoming a new member to our family so we are excited to be back home in Chicago. My Indian heritage allows me to take the techniques I’ve learned from my experiences and apply them to cuisines and flavors all across the board. It is that foundation that allows us to become better cooks everyday and I aim to introduce you to those foundations so that you may keep building on your skill set and do the same at home.
