I am a certified Master trainer who has been in business for 20+ years. My training style has a military/first responders theme to it. However I understand that every person does not fall into that category.
I love the ability of seeing the individuals that I treat grass better over time. Seeing clients cheap their goals is it worthwhile feeling for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We go through a comprehensive introductory assesment to see the current skill level and develop a program that best suits the student for progression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in exercise science from Tulsa state, as well as a personal trainig certification from NFPT. I am also a world champion martial artist with 30years of martial arts experience.

I dont have a standard pricing matrix. All of my pricing is available on my website.
How did you get started teaching?
My father was a member of Muhammad Ali's boxing camp. I learned at birth that I was destined to compete, train, and excel.
What types of students have you worked with?
My youngest client has been 8 years old and my oldest to date has been an 84 years young great grandfather of 7. I have worked with and trained Olympians as well as world record holders.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most recently one of my students attained her IFBB-PRO card. She credits my training as a result of her winning.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Even if you come in empty or full, you will benefit from our time spent teaching.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The amount of time and dedication you are willing to invest in your education.
