JD Strength Performance is a formulated system of training which focuses specifically on the sport performance enhancement. We are an elite level training facility for the committed athlete looking to make it to the next level (high school varsity, travel club, juniors, NCAA, semi-pro, Pro). We address each aspect of high intensity, fast paced sports, at the same time offering noticeable in game improvements. Our program will increase both muscular and cardiovascular endurance while improving flexibility and increasing overall strength, thus decreasing recovery time.

Each new athlete goes through a pre-test evaluation to assess their various levels of athleticism, strengths and weaknesses.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercises Science from Western Michigan University, I’m a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I’m a certified performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I’m a USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach through the United States Olympic Committee and I have 16 years of experience.
Training Packages vary based on 2 or 3 days a week and how long you choose to train (3, 4, 5 months).

All sports from age 9 and up. Athletes at the youth travel level, high school, college and profession ranks. A detailed list of notable clients can be found on my website.
Make sure you do your research and find a college education, knowledgeable and experienced coach. Too many below average coaches and trainers out there.
Make sure you know your individual goals that you want to achieve, ask your coach what they’d like you to improve on for next season and know how much time you have available to commit to a training program.
