I prefer 1 on 1 training. That way I can pay attention and give detail instructions to clients. That way, I can see if they are grasping the concept of the lesson being taught.
I enjoy watching my clients achieving success. I love seeing people succeed in general. Whether it's in combat sports or everyday life activities.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
General interviewing. Trying to build rapport with students. Learn about them, what are their goals and what are their dreams. I have great patience, I understand learning something new in general can be intimidating, but I will be there every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of stand up striking training in Dutch kickboxing and Muay thai. My overall fight record is 6 and 2, with more bouts to come. Finished up school to be a personal trainer, will be certified under ACE soon and I am CPR certified.
How did you get started teaching?
I use to be very overweight at one point in my life. Obese to be more precise. Through hard work, and discipline i have mange to keep the weight off and live a healthier life. That is the main goal and purpose of why I started training and what I want to pass down to students and clients. I want clients to adopt a healthier active life style in general above anything.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of various ages from teens to older adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you and the teacher bond. That you both have good rapport with each other.
