About

I am able to give lessons via zoom, or can adapt quickly and use the service one uses to communicate to ensure to teach effectively. I can teach kids, adolescents, young adults, adults, or anyone of any ages.

Due to the knowledge I've acquired recently, and my BA in psychology, my methodology in teaching is going with the flow of the person wanting to learn.

Guitar, music, singing, and so forth.

I even compose my own melodies and poetry as well.

I can also play any sort of rhythm πŸ₯.

Not only is it therapeutic for the person wanting to learn how to play, but it is also for me.

My guitar saved my life. It's a very beautiful ability to be able to play an instrument.

I am also able to teach more advanced techniques such as fingerpicking, arpeggios, how to build scales and chords, how to improvise, playing by ear, the basics in transcribing, how to play barre chords, and several other things.

In regards to my passion in playing guitar, I love it. It's my way of expressing myself. An extension of who I am. A way of having a good time. I plan on getting a Master's in Music. (Still gaining experience).

In regards to teaching experience, I have not taught others how to play guitar, but I have worked as a tutor. So I know that patience is very important when teaching someone anything. Along with doing whatever it takes to ensure a student is making progress and benefiting from my lessons as much as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I look forward to teaching you, your child, and so forth.

Also, due to my BA in psychology, I understand that not every person thinks the same way. So, depending on the vibe, flow, energy I feel, I try and adapt to it in order to figure out a way to teach.

Art is therapeutic. Especially during times such a now. Though I do not have a professional portfolio, I do have some videos of me performing on guitar.

Of course, I know about trying to keep it professional, but, let's be honest, being able to be oneself in any setting is a breath of fresh air.

I hope to learn with you, and you with me as well.

Thank you πŸ™ for reading this far :)

Though I have not taught guitar before, not only will I get the opportunity to teach you what I know, but hopefully, meet amazing people. Not only will you be the one learning, I will be learning along with you. Thus, helping to continue growing as a guitarist, and as a teacher. Also, jamming with other people and doing something both people are interested in doing, would be the best part.

Is this specific goal something you want to eventually master down the road? Is this goal a short term goal, or long term goal? Will this goal/need help you become a better guitarist overall? Is this need something that will benefit you when developing your guitar techniques and skills?
