What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Or instructors evaluate new students to determine their playing level. We also want to know what the student wants to achieve through their lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our instructors have degrees in music. Please see the bios page of our website for information on their experience and expertise.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$22/ half hour private lesson, $42/ hour private lesson. We also offer discounts to students who take lessons on more than 1 instrument. Minooka Music Studio will provide Group Lessons and Preschool Music classes beginning in March 2017.

What types of students have you worked with?
Minooka Music Studio provides lessons to students from age 5 through Adult. We also offer special needs lessons. Our Preschool Music program is perfect for babies through 5 year olds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our first student recital in 2016 was a great success! We plan to have 2-3 optional recitals each year!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
