Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At School of Rock we offer any potential new student a FREE trial lesson. This is where students would come in for a free 30 minute trial lesson, meet with their potential instructor, go over goals, and the instructor assess where the student is musically or vocally. Afterwards we give you a tour, check out a rehearsal and go over our program options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors not only have a music education background but they have also had years of performances under their belt and are currently still performing. They work well with children and adults. We customize each lesson for each individual student.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices vary for each program we offer.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Finding the right instructor is key for your growth and musical development. We fit you with the right instructor no matter what instrument or how many instructors you try out. We have some one that will match your goals and personality.
