Discussing the short and long term goals to design an achievable goal through incremental steps. Assessing the base level of fitness and progressing at a maintainable rate.

Certified personal trainer, CPR, Parisi Speed & Strength, USA Wrestling certified coach, IL registered boxing coach, and 25 year martial artist.
