My teaching approach:
Interested in learning to play guitar? I teach beginning guitar, mostly acoustic but I also teach electric. I started out by teaching my 8 year-old brother, and have been giving him lessons for two years. Since then I have taught six other students, four who were 10 or under, one 12 year-old and one 18 year-old. I teach scale patterns and exercises, chords and chord progressions, as wekk as songs. I also try to create an understanding of Music Theory so that students can learn to write their own music.

Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Zack Brown, Tom Petty, R.E.M., Green Day, Sugar Ray, and Pink Floyd
