Open minded approach with the understanding not all of us learn in the same fashion. I don't adhere to the classic rigid rules of Music instruction unless that's the route required for the student. I ask what the student wants to accomplish and work from there. I have a successful history with young students as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I customize my Approach based on each individual student what there wanting to accomplish and learn and sometimes through trial and error an observation of their personality type move forward from that starting point.. however brutal honesty I found is extremely effective and is a huge priority in my personal life at this point as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught guitar player I studied drums for 7 years years under a percussionist who had experience in multiple Orchestras and a master's from Butler in music. I have recently added audio engineer and that was acquired from online studies and further self-taught Brute Force methods. But more than anything I'm a student of the Human Condition and understand dynamic range of people's personalities and the often eccentric and some might call difficult nature of artists personality
