I was a 2X collegiate boxing All-American at Iowa State University. After graduation, I moved to Boston where I trained under the renowned Peter Welch. Peter brought me on as General Manager and we were able to grow the business into one of the most well-known boxing gyms in the country.

I've been a fighter, trainer, and coach for fifteen years and have learned so much from the sport of boxing. Not only are boxers some of the most conditioned athletes, but the confidence & mental toughness that you develop can't be matched.
