Ced's Boxing Academy is a fitness training facility with a real professional boxing ring. That provides 30 minutes fitness boxing group classes and 60 minute fitness boxing group classes and offer one on one personal training. With a 6pm to 8pm open gym boxing training workout class to learn the art of boxing skills. Boot Camp, ages 8-17 kids boxing program. I'm one of the top ranked instructors in the country and have coached the USA team at the World Championships the last several years. We have a state of the art facility and I have been teaching for over 40 years. I was a 2 time national champion myself. I took 10 students to the world championships in Italy 2 years ago and we returned with 39 medals.
I assist martial artists of all levels in improving upon the techniques in their art by analyzing their movements and offering adjustments,as well as teaching them the biomechanical principles common to their art.
I also offer both a primer to the basic physical principles inherent in all martial arts, and instruction of the principles of soecific martial arts upon request.
