I teach competition boxing and beginner boxing and I use boxing as a tool as an exercise workout to help people lose weight, I teach all ages and I let you go at your own pace I've been doing this for over 40 years I love what I do.

I do a high intensity boxing cardio workout.

I have won 10 State boxing titles, and the National Golden Gloves title, and the IBC American title, I been involve with boxing for over 40yrs.
