Dewey White Guitar Lessons

Hey there! My name is Dewey White, and I'm a guitarist as well as an enrolled college student with a declared music major. I've played guitar for about 6 years now, and I'm extremely passionate about playing and teaching guitar. I've taken lessons myself from industry professionals like Angel Vivaldi and Francesco Filogoi for the past 2 years.

Guitar is not the only instrument that I play though, as I've studied various brass instruments and taken music theory courses since 2007. Weighing that in, I have about 9 years of professional music instruction. As for my experience with teaching, I spent a lot of time working with beginner and rookie players in competitive marching band and I've also given paid lessons via Skype to a handful of students who answer my internet ads.

More than anything, I love to work with beginners because there is less time spent on correcting bad habits and because you see a lot of excitement in fresh students. That being said, I'll teach anyone who wants to learn and I'll cater to each student's needs and desires.
