Music is the worlds universal language and my first love. I started learning guitar at 7 but I was more interested in playing drums. I still have my 1st set. I started producing music in my early 20's really just for fun. After a while I became frustrated because I didn't know my way around the piano. I was limited in my skill because I was lacking in my knowledge. I tried books, magezines, YouTube and everything free. Those resources definitely helped but only to scratch the surface. They helped me learn that an understanding of music theory was necessary. As a result, Im currently earning my Bachelor's Degree in Music Production from Full Sail University. My approach to teaching music is to introduce the building blocks of musicianship. Rythm, tone, cadences, scales, choral structure and music theory. Everyone has a uniqueness and a story to tell. With knowledge of musicianships building blocks, your ability to communication through music will be sufficient.
