I have competed in amateur mixedmartial arts and professional kickboxing. I wrestled and trained in Judo for seven years. I am a blue belt in Brazilian jujitsu and have trained and no Guy Jiu-Jitsu for about 10 years. I have trained in boxing for a total of seven years. I teach a fundamental base of each martial art with practical uses.
