About

I am a former boxer and kickboxer, who still actively trains in the martial arts to maintain that discipline. My current specialties include but are not limited to: Kettlebell movement, battle rope training, mobility training, injury prevention and corrective exercise. I provide a safe, clean and professional work environment for all of my clients.

I most enjoy being able to help my clients achieve things that they previously thought couldn’t be done. Being able to perform that first unassisted pull up, returning to competitive powerlifting after a tragic car accident, or even losing 100 pounds! I love being a part of great achievement!

AJ

Apurou J.

Writing a review for Jaron Mojet is easy as he is everything I could have wanted in a personal trainer. He exhibits an acumen for fitness that has range and flexibility to customize sessions to the individual while also practicing an encouraging accountability that is both empowering and challenging. I particularly appreciated Jaron’s emphasis on using kickboxing and kettlebell exercises as fundamental tools toward developing my overall strength. His nutritional advisement and coaching will undoubtedly assist any client to physical gains but also acquire new life practices and perspectives about longitudinal health and exercise. As a fire medic, I’m deeply grateful for Jaron’s guidance that has undoubtedly improved my body to safeguard myself and more importantly the community to whom I serve. As an individual, Jaron’s empowering served as a catalyst for me to begin an endeavor in mountain climbing, where I recently returned after successfully summitting Mt. Kilimanjaro. My life was made literally stronger by Jaron’s input as a personal trainer, and I don’t know of a greater compliment I can give.

Frequently asked questions

I typically arrange to meet with the client, talk to them and get to know about them, their lifestyle and what their goals are. I’ll share some information about my background and experience. Next, I will perform a series of physical assessments to observe their movement patterns and tendencies. This is also a good way to become aware of any physical limitations, imbalances or weak points, which will be specifically targeted and focused upon in future exercise programming. After that, I would conduct a short workout based upon what I have observed during the assessment. This gives the client a taste of what is to come in the immediate future!

I have 16 years of personal training experience. I am nationally certified, but also hold current certifications in Kettlebell coaching, Battle Ropes fitness and I am a certified Senior Conditioning Specialist, so I am qualified to work with people of all ages and ability levels.

Boxers, martial artists, bodybuilders and other athletes looking to improve overall performance, working adults, single mothers, middle-aged dads, retirees, patients recovering from joint replacement surgery. Anyone!
