About
I am a former boxer and kickboxer, who still actively trains in the martial arts to maintain that discipline. My current specialties include but are not limited to: Kettlebell movement, battle rope training, mobility training, injury prevention and corrective exercise. I provide a safe, clean and professional work environment for all of my clients.
I most enjoy being able to help my clients achieve things that they previously thought couldn’t be done. Being able to perform that first unassisted pull up, returning to competitive powerlifting after a tragic car accident, or even losing 100 pounds! I love being a part of great achievement!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically arrange to meet with the client, talk to them and get to know about them, their lifestyle and what their goals are. I’ll share some information about my background and experience. Next, I will perform a series of physical assessments to observe their movement patterns and tendencies. This is also a good way to become aware of any physical limitations, imbalances or weak points, which will be specifically targeted and focused upon in future exercise programming. After that, I would conduct a short workout based upon what I have observed during the assessment. This gives the client a taste of what is to come in the immediate future!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of personal training experience. I am nationally certified, but also hold current certifications in Kettlebell coaching, Battle Ropes fitness and I am a certified Senior Conditioning Specialist, so I am qualified to work with people of all ages and ability levels.
What types of students have you worked with?
Boxers, martial artists, bodybuilders and other athletes looking to improve overall performance, working adults, single mothers, middle-aged dads, retirees, patients recovering from joint replacement surgery. Anyone!
