About
I was a stand out running back in highshcool "93-94" JC Harmon High, which is where I grew a passion for fitness. I started with Coach Melvin at Title Boxing Club from it's conception in 2008, where I coined "The Rock Experience", I was the 4th trainer on staff. I went back to school to get my ACE certification and Exercise Science Degree in 2010. I spent time with 24 Hr Fitness as a trainer, and then with Aspen Athletic Club as a Fitness Manager. I joined back up with Coach Mel in 2018 as Operations Manager for Pound 4 Pound, now we have our non-profit youth boxing program and our fitness program with MasterFit where we specialize in high intesitiy training, cardio boxing, and sports specific training. We train professionals and novist.
Seeing the smile on my clients face when they achieve their goals.
