About
With a degree in fitness and multiple certifications in both fitness and golf, I'm able to analyze how your body is able to move and the best way for you to swing a golf club. Using my knowledge of biomechanics and my experience as a golf instructor, my goal is to get you swinging at your maximum potential and efficiency for you to accomplish your goals. Everyone has a body, and anyone with a body is an athlete!
As a full time instructor, my students get the full service of video analysis, launch monitor data, club fitting, and body maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do with a new student is spend time getting to know them, their goals, and a little background information about them. I want to hear them talk about their golf swing with their own words so I can use similar terminology to help them understand quicker. My goal is to make golf easy and work to make you not need me any longer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teaching Golf for 8 years. I now work full time for the PGA of America mentoring other PGA Professionals on how to best teach and run their businesses.
In addition to being an expert in the field, I have continued to learn from sources of various backgrounds as seen below.
-PGA of America Member
-Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Fitness Golf and Power
-US Kids Level 2 instructor
-NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
-NASM Golf Fitness Specialist

How did you get started teaching?
I grew up around and dedicated my life to this wonderful game. Meeting someone where they are and helping lead them to their goals is what I love to do.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners to players chasing a tour!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a group of golfers who never touched a club before now have a standing tee time at their local facility. Made my day.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Honesty is the best policy. Find someone who would mesh with your personality the best and an enviorment that is condusive to learning. If someone tells you an obscene amount of dollars or lessons are required to reach your goals, move on to the next.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are my goals? What kind of personality do I mesh with best? Do you want the use of technology in your lesson or not? What is my budget?
