Grace Notes Music Studio is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We have a highly skilled staff dedicated to excellence in both instruction and performance. We offer private lessons and group instruction on piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, flute, and music composition. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first couple of lessons give us a chance to determine the speed and learning method that will best suit the student. We then can better understand what the needs of the student are and will accommodate with musical assignments and technical instruction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every teacher at Grace Notes Music Studio has obtained at least a master's degree in music. They are highly experienced and eager to take on new students!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Tuition is calculated on a semester basis and also on the length of the lessons.
Fall Session (five month period): 15 weeks
Spring Session (five month period): 15 weeks
Summer Session (2 month period): 6 weeks
Monthly tuition installments are as follows:
30 minute weekly lessons: $111/month
45 minute weekly lessons: $150/month
60 minute weekly lessons: $225/month
What types of students have you worked with?
We take students as young as four years old, and there is no limit past that! Grace Notes Music Studio has had new students begin at 82 years old!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
